An Original 1979 Release of LIKE FLIES ON SHERBET 1 OF 500 copies pressed. Peabody Records Co Label. The dead run-off area is marked 8-27-79 PS 104-11A/PS 104-11B "LNIX"
I would visually grade this album at VG++ with only light scuffs. But when play tested, it had an area with a couple of pops and a word or two skips. The rest of the album plays fine. The jacket is in VG++ condition with a red price sticker on the back. See pictures.
I was asked this question and neglected to add: ,
I was wondering if there are any scratches you can feel with your finger on the album? You mention one part skips and I just wanted to see if that was due to a deep scratch or maybe just some dirt or dust that got encrusted on there.
This is one of my favorite albums and I'd love to get an original copy.

My answer: Thanks for looking. The album looks basicly scratch free, but does have a couple very light scuffs. The best way that I can describe it is- the area where it has the problem looks like the space in between two songs is about 1/32 inch wide. The LP play through fine but listening very closely it has a couple pops and a partial word or two skips. The rest of the LP is in very very good condition. I hope that the additional information may help.
