We've not had too many sagas of late non-payers which is good, 1st and foremost, PAY PAL is our method of receiving payment. If you are not able to pay or use Pay Pal, please DON'T BID! We don't know how else to put it other then that. Based on our experiences with non-payers, we have also been forced into taking the following policy.
We reserve the right to cancel your bids if previous auction history does not display capacity to pay or contains low star ratings/feedback - mind you I've never had to, do it but lets just say I do check bidder previous history. Also, if we experience non-communication from the winning bidder and or non-payment after 7 days the end of auction, we will lodge non-payer action and 2nd Chance the item IMMEDIATELY. If you do need extra time to pay, we are reasonable people and understand circumstances can change, so long as communication is maintained we're fine to a limit. I know it sounds like it's a heavy policy, just I have my reasons and let's just leave it at that. If you disagree with any of these terms, don't waste our time and resources if you cannot pay during the agreed time or can use Pay Pal. Based on recent history.
OUR RECORD GRADING
MINT (M): Record as new and still sealed or un-played.
NEAR MINT (NM): Both sleeve and vinyl appear in superb condition with no visual damage.
EXCELLENT (EX): Sleeve may have some very slight wear and vinyl may have some very slight surface marks.
VERY GOOD (VG): Sleeve will have some normal wear and tear without any major defects and vinyl will have noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
GOOD (G): Sleeve and contents will suffer from folding, scuffing and/ or edge splits, discoloration etc. Vinyl will have numerous surface marks/ light scratches.
FAIR (F): The sleeve has serious damage- major tears, staining etc. Vinyl will have serious damage- deep scratches etc. Records in this condition will be collection-fillers only.
