For sale is AL GREY with BILLY MITCHELL: "Night Song," on Argo DJLP 711, Mono, DG, Promo, 1963.
SOUND: NM It has been machine-cleaned and I listened to both sides completely. The record sounds amazing: clean, clear solid sound. ONE caveat: there is one, single "tick" on A3, "the Way You Look." Overall a great playback!
VINYL: EX There are some light, routine handling/playing marks either side. All appear completely superficial. I can't find any flaw corresponding to the single tick on the playback. The cream-colored DJ labels are clean, with a few spindles.
JACKET: VG There is some splitting on the top and bottom, the spine is good. The corners have routine wear. Sticker on front cover. Back cover has some routine aging.

Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. When play-tested, I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability.
Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.
If you're into this stuff, you might want to save me to your seller's list and check back periodically. I'll be putting a lot of vintage jazz records up for auction.
