Description
On offer is a very rare PRIVATE PRESSING Lp by AK MUSICK ,a quintet from Stuttgart which released that one record in a very small edition(200?)in the year of 1972.Hans Kumpf,member&leader of this combo was teached by Franzpeter Goebels, Johnny Griffin, Erwin Lehn, Manfred Schoof, Albert Mangelsdorff and Hans Deinzer and became later a famous clarinet player in Germany and also met and played among others,with Wolfgang Dauner's Radio Jazz Group Stuttgart,Irene Schweizer,John Fischer,Mark Whitecage and Gunter Hampel.The musical content is a Live-recording from the 13.German Jazz Festival Frankfurt 14.11.1972.The cover is a plain selfmade colourbrushed gatefold(just a envelope)with a selfmade colour brush work of the bandname.Further the Lp has a booklet(selfmade)with 6 pages containing infos&photos of the musicans and the band.The record&the cover are in stunning NEAR MINT(M-,swol/M--,swoc,toc)condition!!!Really a rare relic of the GER Jazz-scene...........................
