Postage
Postage costs are always kept to a minimum, and, combined postage discounts are passed on to the buyer. The weight and size of items determine the cost. All items will be sent in padded envelopes/mailers using recycled materials where possible. Proof of postage is always retained.
Postage can be combined for all eligible items. To ensure the correct postage discount is applied, please await invoice before making payment. Buyers from BRAZIL may be required to choose the ‘International Signed For’ postage options. This is due to continuing issues with the Brazilian Postal service. Please check with me before bidding.
Item condition
The condition of items are graded honestly and conservatively. Sleeves/inserts and media are graded separately, unless they are of equal grade. The picture(s) used is of the actual item you receive(unless otherwise stated), and, therefore act as part of the description. Should you want further information about an item, please ask.
Feedback
Should there be any issue, or if you are unhappy with something, please let me know in the first instance – before leaving poor feedback. I am a private seller and strive to meet the highest level of Customer Service. Your items are generally dispatched within 1 working day of payment received and cleared. If purchasing from outside of the UK, please remember that items may take a little longer to arrive.
Returns
Returns accepted for faulty items / ‘not as described’ items, within 14 days of postal date. A replacement (where possible) or refund will be given. Buyer is responsible for return of item.
Customs
The buyer is responsible for any additional ‘Customs’ or ‘Import’ duties they may incur. Please check with your local Customs department if you think this may apply to you.
