AFRTS RL 46-4 FRANK ZAPPA Apostrophe (') MOTT THE HOOPLE Armed Forces Radio LP.
One side features 4 songs from Frank Zappa album "Apostrophe (')".  The other side features 4 songs from Mott The Hoople "The Hoople" album. AFRTS (Armed Forces Radio and Television Services) records were pressed in limited numbers on custom labels for their stations at military bases around the world. 
Side 1:  Frank Zappa:  "Excentrifugal Forz", "Cosmik Debris", "Apostrophe'", "Stink-Foot". Side 2: Mott the Hoople: "Marionette", "Crash Street Kidds", "Born Late '58", "Through The Looking Glass". 
Album comes in plain manila envelope sleeve, with names of artists written on sleeve. These were how they were originally released (except with the writing).   Album plays all the way through on both sides without skips. There are crackle and pops, especially on the Mott side.  Could use a better cleaning. The label on the "Mott" side has some staining on it (see pictures).
