The cover gives Ambrose Campbell and Flash Dominch as headliners
This is the original press with a rough textured green label. There was a later-mid Seventies issue-which had a smooth label and a lighter green coloured label.
This first issue is very hard to find. The record has a few light hairlines and the cover has some storage wear –more noticeable on the back than the front. Being more specific on the cover opening.
The record plays fine and overall it’s wonderful.

AMBROSE CAMPBELL
Nigerian singer, guitarist, percussionist, composer and bandleader (1919-2006).
Born in Lagos, Nigeria in 1919, Campbell settled in Britain at the start of the Second World War.
In 1952, he and his band, the West African Rhythm Brothers, acquired a long term residency at the Abalabi Club in Soho's Berwick Street. He recorded 10-inch 78rpm singles for Melodisc while bandleader at the club.
In 1972, Campbell moved to Los Angeles, where he had been invited to work with Leon Russell. He was on the sessions for Russell's collaboration with Willie Nelson, One For The Road (Columbia, 1989).

Owing to the sellers ratings this has become very important. I can guarentee the dispatch time but I have NO control over delivery. Please understand this. It can take a few days after the dispatch time. I would have thought it was obvious but as many sellers know to their cost some people don't seem to understand the difference
