M Mint - LOOKS UNPLAYED/ Still Sealed Or Recently Opened/ Or open & never played.
NM Near Mint - LOOKS EXC- well taken care of..
VG++ (or EXC) , very acceptable condition- except for a few light thin hairline scuffs or couple thin non felt scratches but still visually looks and plays Very Good.
VG+ A nice but used record that may have a series of light scuffs or non-felt surface scratches or marks. It may play with a few pops or ticks but nothing serious
VG A well used record that still sounds "Good" but may have moderate surface noise, pops, etc.
VG- A very worn record that plays through w/o skipping/ ***Unless specified*** and play graded.
