Returns
If you change your mind, or any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and you wish to return the item, you must notify us via the link in 'my eBay' within 10 days of delivery. We are happy to refund or exchange the item providing it is returned unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. Some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These include: Items which cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons once unwrapped (such as earrings, body jewellery & personal grooming products). We may restrict the exchange of CD's, DVD's and computer software to the same title. Faulty items If your item develops a fault please notify us at gopher-it@hotmail.co.uk If the fault has developed within 28 days of delivery we will offer a refund, including postage costs or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to the Gopher It team for assessment and verification of the fault. If the fault develops after 28 days but within the 12 month warranty period please contact us via my eBay and we will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned to the Gopher It team for assessment and verification of the fault. If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.

Q - Is this product new or refurbished? A - The condition of the item is clearly stated in the listing details and can be found just below the title on the view item page.
Q- What is refurbished? A - Customers return products for many reasons: it may have been unsuitable, an unwanted gift or simply because they have changed their mind. Product identified by Gopher It as 'refurbished' are products that have been returned to Gopher It checked, inspected, repaired if necessary, graded and reboxed complete with all accessories.
Q - So how exactly are these product refurbished? A - Every product targeted for refurbishing must pass a thorough examination. We check and inspect them, returning the products to like-new or almost new condition. The condition of the product after refurbishing is indicated by the grade of the item. A grade refurbished items are as new, B grade products may have minor cosmetic blemishes.
Payment: Q - How do I pay? A - For speed and simplicity we only accept payment through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account and would like to set one up please click here Postage: Q - Who will deliver my product? A- Delivery will be made by Royal Mail or FedEx from our Scunthorpe distribution centre. FedEx deliveries MUST be signed for.
Q - How long will it take? A - Most items will be despatched the next day but we aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of cleared funds.
Q - Do you deliver outside the UK? A- All smaller items, such as CDs, DVDs, etc... can be shipped worldwide. Larger electronic goods such as TVs will only shipped to UK mainland addresses.
Returns:
Q- How long do I have to return my product? A - Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order via email to the Gopher It eBay Team. Under our Gopher It eBay Refund Policy, you have 14 days to return a product* to us, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition for a full refund. Where a product is faulty, damaged or described incorrectly we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted**. Except for faulty items, we only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. You must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product. If trying on items with health or hygiene sensitivities, such as underwear or swimming costumes, please do so over other clothes. In the case of goods such as earrings, body jewellery & personal grooming products that have hygiene seals, you must exercise reasonable care by not removing the seals when examining them. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund
