Description

Original Vinyl LP of  ACDC Powerage    Catalogue Number APLP.030        Made in Australia

VINYL  = VG        COVER = G+ to VG

More extensive condition details provided on my rare second hand records so you know exactly what you are getting .

Visibly Vinyl –  Under bright light there are many light marks, scuffs and mainly light scratches,  and nothing deep enough to create or jump or repeat.  See my detailed play test description.

Visibly Cover – In okay condition overall…some corner and edge wear to cover, ring wear and  creases on both sides of cover as well some pen pressure marks (but no ink)…see photos.

Play tested at a loud volume on a quality turntable set up.

Side 1 – clicks and pops throughout record consistent with a VG rating and mainly inbetween tracks and during lighter passages, but still plays really nice overall…great sound.  There is a more prominent looking scratch over track 2 but it doesn’t seem to alter sound too much and definetly does not skip or jump.

Side 2 - – clicks and pops throughout record consistent with a VG rating and mainly inbetween tracks and during lighter passages, but still plays really nice overall…great sound

Rated using Goldmine Rating System as below

Very Good (VG)

Vinyl

Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song's intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as with light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound. Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached. The same will be true of picture sleeves or LP covers. However, it will not have all of these problems at the same time, only two or three of them.

Good (G), Good Plus (G+)

Vinyl

Good does not mean Bad! A record in Good or Good Plus condition can be put onto a turntable and will play through without skipping. But it will have significant surface noise and scratches and visible groove wear (on a styrene record, the groove will be starting to turn white). A cover or sleeve will have seam splits, especially at the bottom or on the spine. Tape, writing, ring wear or other defects will start to overwhelm the object.
