Music CDs.
Unless part of box sets or digipaks, CDs and inserts will only be sent (i.e. no plastic cases. This is to help reduce postage costs and also reduce the risk of breakages.)

Overseas buyers:

Payment must be in UK pounds. Paypal is the easiest means of making payments in foreign currency and it is very easy to set up (www.paypal.com). Please e-mail for postage costs ( USA : it makes no difference in which state you live in).

Postage:
All items are sent out with proof of posting. Standard mail is insured so if anything arrives damaged then please let me know.

I will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to items in transit. However, I always obtain a certificate of posting so will assist in any way possible to make a claim against the courier service responsible (usually Royal mail, sometimes Parcel Force).
Please be aware that items do go missing occasionally, so if you do not receive your item in good time, then drop me an e-mail.

I endeavour to sent out items within 24 hours of receiving payment, but as our local Post Office has been closed it sometimes may take a day or two to get to the town Post Office. Items have to be sent via a Post Office to obtain a certificate of posting.

I have been using Ebay since 2003 and from experience there is no benefit in delivery times by using first class post. I always use second class. Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery times either first or second class post.
One one occasion I had an item delivered to the Shetland Islands from the South Coast of Sussex 14hours after posting it. This was sent second class.

Feedback:
I always leave positive feedback for smooth transactions, but please be patient. It may take me a week or two. Please do not e-mail me asking me to leave feedback; I will get around to it.
There will never be a reason for you to leave me negative feedback.
If there is a problem, then please communicate. The matter will be resolved to your satisfaction.
I can't put things right if I don't know about them.

It is normal for me to respond to e-mails and sales within a few hours, but very occasionally I may be unable to do so for a day or two. Please be patient, I will respond as soon as I possibly can.
If you have problem from Ebay then e-mail direct to ashlerebay@yahoo.com please.

Good luck!
