* All parcels will be registered (that is also the reason why the shipping is very expensive)
* We can and will not take any responsibility for items lost in the process of the mail delivery services across the globe.
* All records comes with plastic sleeves and records are separated from cover and packed carefully into a cardboardbox for vinyl records!
* We don't sell reissues, if it is not stated otherwise (reissue, reprint...)
* All records are graded visually if not mentioned otherwise (we use Record Collectors grading)
* M- is not necessary a stone mint record, but a very close to new record visually. We only use mint when album is still sealed = never played
* We don't VPI clean any records. That is something the buyer can do to get an even better audio feedback
* Payment must be done within 7 days
* We normally ship within 24 hours / but sometimes it takes up to 2-3 days before I ship
* We offer full refund within 14 days (buyer pays for shipping.)
* Paypal only (no checks, ca$h in letter and so on)
Unfortunately we have excluded one country after we've been suffering great losses of records, money and precious time.
For all you serious & honest buyers from this specific country, we are very sorry that you no longer can bid on our auctions.
We hope that ebay will take their responsibility in these cases where we the sellers are being robbed by crooks. We are tired of being threatened to get negative feedback if we don't do as these thief's tell us to.
