I am selling some items from a Record Collection for a friend, these items were purchased at the time of release and stored away after maybe one or two plays, they still look unplayed to my eyes.This is the Ist ever UK issue/pressing of `Pop-Lore According To` by UK Psych Folk band `The Academy` released on the obscure Morgan Bluetown label (they also issued Pussy, Red Dirt, Orange Bicycle, Ambrose Slade, Will Malone, Sam Gopal etc) it came in a front textured flipback sleeve, most of the albums released on this label sold very poorly and so are very rare today. What makes this copy extra rare is that the vinyl is in M- condition, I have been collecting records for many years and I would say that it would be almost impossible to find a better looking copy, the sleeve is also in very good condition though not mint. Matrix: Side 1 BT500 1A-1G - Side 2 - BT500 1B-1G
Vinyl (M-) Original 1st Issue `Thick Vinyl` Plays Great with no sticks or jumps etc, under bright halogen lights I can hardly see any light sleeve removal scuffs, no feelable scratches!
Inners (EX) - original Made in England 1969 cellophaned inner
Labels - Lovely Clean Blue labels (no pen marks etc) under bright light I can see just one visible spindle line
Sleeve (VG++) - Original issue `Textured` Flip back Garrod & Lofthouse great condition has some ringwear, nice readable spine (unusual) some edgewear (Please see photos for complete overview)

I use professionally made packers with card stiffeners & record removed from album cover
I use lots of photos to show as accurately as possible what you are getting (also I dont cut the corners of the record sleeve off the picture!!)
Gradings: I use the standard UK gradings as set out in Record Collector Magazine below:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Near Mint, EX+, VG+ etc are acceptable additions to help `fine tune` descriptions for the buyer
