I will assist in any claim made by a customer but should the Insuring Authority Deny the claim my responsibility is ended and I take no further responsibility, You may be required to supply photos of alleged damage, a Statement signed by a Justice of the Peace, Quotations for repair or replacement and Valuations by a Licensed/Registered Valuer, this is at the discretion of the Insuring Authority and If any of these requests are made of me, then passed by electronic media to you and they are not acted on in a timely manner i.e. no more than 1 x week delay I will consider I have concluded my contract and no further action will be taken on your behalf by me.
