The descriptions of my items for sale are as detailed and concise as possible and accurately reflect the condition of each article. But if there is a genuine reason that you feel the item is not as described in the listing, I will refund the cost, providing it is returned in the same condition in which it was despatched. I do not refund the price of post and packing or refund for items that are found not to fit. I therefore ask purchasers to ensure they check their measurements carefully against the sizes given in the description, before bidding. If you have any questions, please email and ask and I will do my best to supply the most accurate answer possible.

PAYMENT TYPES

Cash If a customer wishes to pay by cash, I am happy to accept. Presuming it arrives safely, you can rest assured your purchase will be despatched timely. Please ensure that any cash sent is as concealed as possible as I cannot take responsibility for any lost in transit.

Personal Cheques Please make cheques payable to MARTINE WYMER. Please be aware that my particular bank account takes 7 days for cheques to clear and I will wait for confirmation of clearance before items are despatched.

Postal Orders Please make postal orders payable to MARTINE WYMER. If you want to cross it for added safety please note that it will then be treated in the same way as a personal cheque and clearing time must be allowed.

Unless alternative arrangements are made with individual purchasers, first class Royal Mail will be used as standard. Please be assured that I always send items that have been won and always obtain proof of sending. I cannot, however, be held responsible for any item lost or damaged while in the postal system but I will, of course, do whatever I can to assist purchasers gain compensation.

To ensure your peace of mind I will email to confirm receipt of your payment and will give an indication of when monies will be banked, are likely to clear and when you can expect your goods to be despatched.
