VERY GOOD/VERY GOOD+ (VG/VG+) - Both sides of the record are glossy, has retained its original high sheen having some superficial (inaudible & unfeelable) marks, hairlines and traces (mostly inner sleeve type) visible when viewed at an angle under bright light. The record plays better than it looks: easily VG+ throughout without any alarming issues with a great audio quality. Pretty decent play copy.Cover:

Abacus biography
ABACUS is surely a big name for everyone interested in rock music. The band formed in 1971 made their breakthrough at the Germersheim rock festival, where ABACUS drew not less applause from the 300,000 visitors than PINK FLOYD, SANTANA or ELP which appeared on stage as well. Jürgen Wimpelberg takes on himself to play keyboards, guitars, drum programming as well as vocals.
After a lengthy absence from the recording scene, German band are back with a new album, "Fire Behind Bars". They develop Pop melodies into a wide instrumental manner, with gorgeous neo-classical and symphonic sequences. In a vein near GENESIS, GREENSLADE or PINK FLOYD. ABACUS offers a modern and attractive Progressive Rock music.

Sealed album...!!!
NEAR MINT
Like new. The vinyl retains its original gloss, and the jacket is clean with no wear nor marks on the label.
EX EXCELLENT
May have a few scuffs or very light scratches which do not affect its playability. May have some minor rubs on the label or spindle. May have some writing on the label which will be noted. May have some slight wear on the jacket but no splits! This is the desirable grade for most collectors.
VG+
VERY GOOD+
The vinyl and cover has light general wear including scratches (may be audible), small splits on the jacket, and some label wear (including writing).
VG
VERY GOOD
General wear both on vinyl and jacket, audible scratches, split jacket (including ringwear) and label wear.
POOR/DAMAGED
Non-playable!!! Sold for the jacket only, or sold as a "rare" filler copy.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WHEN VINYL WAS THE STANDARD, 20 TO 30% OF ALBUMS CAME OUT OF THE SHRINK WRAP AS BAD PRESSINGS WITH SURFACE NOISE. OBVIOUSLY, SUCH BAD PRESSINGS WOULD NOT BE IDENTIFIABLE THROUGH VISUAL EXAMINATION, NO MATTER HOW CAREFUL
