CANCEL A ORDER
Regarding cancellation request, we cannot guarantee that such a request will always be granted.
If we determine that an order can be canceled you as the buyer are subject to a restocking fee up to 20% of the value of the item.
This fee is depending on the item and the amount of time you have asked for the cancellation.

We do not ship internationally!
We will only ship to verified eBay address from your registered eBay account.
We will only ship within the united states.
We use the USPS frequently for most of our items.
Heavy items will be shipped from UPS and or FedEx

Regards to delayed tracking updates:
Please note the USPS post office here in Atlanta sometimes will not scan a tracking update.
Sometimes packages will leave Atlanta's hubs before its first tracking scan.
Tracking has gotten better from USPS but on occasion it maybe delayed updates.
Due to covid we use the self service kiosk and or the blue drop off boxes.
Please allow sometime for tracking updates. Thank you
RETURNS/ CONCERNS
You as the buyer are also responsible to PAY for the SHIPPING BACK.You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, and a restocking fee may apply on certain items which is 35%.(Which is up to our call)
The Product must be returned in the condition they arrived in and all the packaging you have received with your item.
(We will not give any Partial refunds unless it is agreed upon)
You will not get this back as part of the return. (You are paying both shipping on your end)Message us for return instructions.
Returns will paid out on the second Friday from receiving the item back. This allows us time to inspect items.
