A Black Mass was released in 1968.

"A Black Mass" is a radio horror play, written by Baraka, with Ra and Arkestra providing incidental music.

The text was publishied in Four Black Revolutionary Plays, by LeRoi Jones (Bobbs-Merrill). Actors identified on the jacket; musicians identified
by rlc.

According to Julian Vein, there are two different covers; the black and
white one is less common

1st rare original 1968 US private pressing with a couple of "X" on the Side A of the red clean labels where are printed the artists credits (see pic)

The playing surface of this thick vinyl shows thin sleeve scuffs and few, small needle marks (nothin' deep) with NO scratches, NO groove wear

Plays with some episodes of more or less feelable cracklin' / tickin',  mostly occasional, less continous in the first part of the side. With NO skips, NO noise
