Description

ERIC CLAPTON Comprehensive Anthology of his career spanning the years 1963 through 1988.  Approximately five hours of music featuring well-known and rare tracks from the YARDBIRDS, JOHN MAYALL'S BLUESBREAKERS, CREAM, BLIND FAITH,DELANEY & BONNIE, AND DEREK AND THE DOMINOS AS WELL AS INTERESTING SONGS (WELL-KNOWN AND LESS WELL-KNOWN) FROM ERIC CLAPTON SOLO.  The cover was painted by Ron Wood.  The package includes CUSTOM INNER SLEEVES and a beautiful booklet that discusses Clapton's records from his days w/the Yardbirds and into the '70's and the '80's.  Included are songs from the second Derek And The Dominos album that never came out.  Eric Clapton U.S. 6-LP set "CROSSROADS" (Polydor 835261-1)--this is the VINYL VERSION--while the CD package sold very well and can be found relatively easily, it is much harder to locate an excellent shape LP version of this exceptional release.                                                                                                                       

COVER = Excellent shape with one imperfection being the top 1/2 inch of the front cover has some fading View image to see otherwise the box set cover is in Near Mint shape.                                                                                                                                                                               

RECORDS = NM shape. NOTE-- READ: except Side one on Record 5 has a mark running through the first five songs view my last picture image #23 to see condition of that one side. It cannot be felt BUT it is present. If not for this one side of the 6 LP set i would be grading the 6LP’s at Excellent to Near Mint .
