Ultra Rare MALACHIA - UNDER THE BLADE Original Record 1986 EX/VG+
Wayde Records ‎– MCF 5042
This is the original 1986 limited edition (200 copies) release. It's technically an EP with seven songs (one is only :15). 
Condition
Record = EX (Excellent) or VG++. 
Cover = VG+. There is noteworthy crease the lower left corner of the front cover. Some folks argue that these kinds of creases automatically relegate covers to VG, and if you fall into that camp, then it's a VG. I've included a photo of the corner and the rest of the cover (of course), so you should be able to get an accurate understanding of the condition, although I'd be happy to send additional shots upon request.
