As Numero Group's recent "Driftless Dreamers In Cuca Country" double-LP has displayed, Wisconsin has had heavily underrated country music output, from the unique Driftless hills and valleys to the forested northwoods. Here are 8 Rare independently-released WI country 45s, all duplicates from the WI country collection we've amassed over the last several decades.

2 great originals on Sara (Cuca). Bobby Fitzgibbon hired vocal quartet, the Noteables, to back him on his recordings. The band played clubs from 1962-88. Fitzgibbon was born Oct 15, 1940, died Mar 20, 1985 in Madison, WI.
