I do not ship to Israel or Africa. Shipping fees based on east coast to west coast shipping. This item requires shipping insurance for full value. International Shipping quotes will be provided upon request. We take care to pack your items professionally, therefore items can take 7 days or more to ship after payment has cleared when we are backed up. Typically it is only a couple of days after but it does vary through the seasons. In any case shipping fees are never refundable.
