Here is a 78rpm Vogue Picture Record produced in the 1940s. My understanding is that these records were made only in New York and Detroit and were only produced for a year or two. These are quite sought after records, valued more for their decorative value than the actual playing of the records themselves. The one for sale here is No. 747 - "Give Me All Of Your Heart" by Dick LaSalle And His Society Orchestra/"I Dreamed About You Last Night" also by Dick LaSalle And His Society Orchestra. The first photo shows one side of the record and the second photo shows the other side of the record. Note that on the "Give Me All Of Your Heart" side, I see a tiny discoloration spot below the printed title (that you can see if you magnify the photo) and a very tiny line near the spindle hole that resembles a crack, but it doesn't go through to the other side and can hardly be seen. These are not glaring defects, and I think I'm being very picky by pointing these things out, but I did want to point out any flaws I see, and it's best if you judge for yourself by the photos. Note that I have no way to play this record, and expect that there are scratches, especially since it is nearly 70 years old! This record is being sold for its decorative value so please don't expect it to play like a newer record. In fact, it probably shouldn't be played at all, but used for display and/or framing purposes. Please feel free to contact me with any questions before you purchase. Thanks for looking!
