Description

Here we have another sightly larger set of 78s,and there are SIXTY NINE in this set. Please don`t expect mint copies here,but I can tell you that I have played most of these,and I am satisfied that they are good to pass to another fan/collector. I have cleaned some of them and others will require a swift clean. Please check your stylus for residue which may be left from cleaning materials,and it is most important to remove this residue to ensure a clear run through the disc. Among the artists to expect in this set are;Vivian Blaine,Kitty Kallen,Ronnie Harris,Tex Ritter,Dianna Durbin,Bing Crosby,Jimmy Young,Patti Paige,Johnston Brothers,Ronnie Hilton Toni Arden,Alma Cogan and much more. This is great set for the 78 novice,and maybe even the avid might find an odd one he or she likes. They date as early as WW1 up to the late 1950s,so there is a good range of musical styles to be had,and it should keep your vintage record player going for a good few hours. This time around,I respectfully ask that they be collected from our home in sunny Blackpool(yes,it was sunny in 1994),as they are a wee bit heavy. Enjoy vintage Enjoy 78s
