Our GRADING for pskorst (our sister 78 record ebay name) and us ( bigbillkorst ) is  E+ (or NM) rarely use on 78s, E,  E-, V+, V, V- and Poor.  Packing  We ship these antique, fragile shellac records in cardboard squares surrounded by padding, floating inside a 12" x 12" x 5" box. We have had few problems with damage on the many 1000s of records we have shipped so far. 
78RPM RCA Victor 20-3514 Count Basie, Did You See Jackie Robinson Hit That Ball? / Shoutin' Blues, sharp E-  This rare circa 1949 baseball 78 record is in a well kept E- condition on the shellac, the surface has light to mild wear and light flaws, this is above average with only light minor flaws and few of them, see my 12 photos to judge the shellac for yourself, only have 1 of this.  Graded visually.  The labels are bad on this, damage on both sides and a sticker on the Jackie side--see the pictures of the rough labels.  Will be in the vintage sleeve it has been stored in for 6-7 decades.
