78 RPM  Parrot Label St. Louis Jimmy Chicago Blues GOING DOWN SLOW MURDER IN THE FIRST DEGREE
I am a collectibles dealer and not a record expert, so bear with me on grading.  Visually graded at VG+, on a scale of 1 to 10, I would probably put it at a 7.  It has lots of surface scratches and scuffs, but still has shine.   I have not played it, but if that is important to you, then yes, I have a record player here that is equipped to play 78's and I can listen to it, and let you know of any imperfections.  
Label -  both sides show some wear, spindle marks around the hole and    just a bit of color loss in a few places.  Really nice.  
As I said earlier, I am not a record expert, just a collectibles dealer, and as such I did a bit of research on this and what I have found is that it seems to be a recording that is hard to find.  At least I had a hard time finding anything about it.  
Anyways, I am hoping to be listing a nice collection of northern soul on 78's that I found in my departed husband's collection.  Still not sure why he had these as it wasn't his favorite genre, but he was a collector, so maybe that is all the explanation I need.  I want to believe he had me stumble over these when he heard me (from wherever he is now) speaking of selling my doll collection to pay a few bills.  I guess he would like to see me keep what I love, and pay the bills with what he left behind.  He was nice to me that way.  
Anyways, sappy story or not, please check my other listings as I am hoping to get a few of them up today and throughout the week.  You may find just what you are looking for.  Many are on the Chess and Checker labels.  Found some BBKing, and many other great name in northern soul and blues.  It will be nice to see these go to somebody who will appreciate them.
