78 RPM - exceptionally rare Sav-Way Vogue picture disc from 1947 - Mercury Man Little Eddie - a promotional distributed to dealers.  I am offering free shipping on this rare record.

The records shows well but at close inspection there are quite a few scruffs and scratches, visually graded

please see labels.

My grading scale is not complicated.  Mint (M, M-) means like new with only the slightest of scuffing.  Excellent (E, E+, E-) means minor scuffs, scrapes, label wear, light scratches that do not affect the play.  Good (G, G+, G-) means scuffing, scraping, scratches, acceptable playing with noticible noise.  I try not to sell records that are warped or that skip unless noted.  These are records I have picked up while expanding my own record collection.   Because of the
