SEVENTEEN From the album "Best of British" Don't let go / Bank holiday weekend Mike Peters - Lead Vocals, Bass Eddie MacDonald - Guitar, Keyboards, Vocals Dave Sharp - Guitar Nigel Buckle - Drums A punk band was formed in Rhyl, Wales in 1977, billed as The Toilets. It contained Peters, Sharp, Macdonald and Twist, and in 1978 their name was changed to Seventeen. Seventeen were a mod band who released a single ("Don't Let Go" / "Bank Holiday Weekend") in March 1980 and toured with the Stray Cats that year. Side 1 Don't let go Side 2 Bank holiday weekend 45 RPM Released on VENDETTA Record label 1979 VD 001 Picture sleeve Vinyl is in very good condition.
