On Victor's very first label, S.H. Dudley sings "Miss Helen Hunt" recorded on May 22, 1900. This is on a self-announced 7" single sided Consolidated Improved Gramophone A-31. There is a red print Consolidated Talking Machine sticker on the back. This scarce 106 year old record is in remarkable excellent-minus (E-) condition. There is however, some warping, but I have played it on 3 different turntables, and despite some pronounced up and down motion of the tonearm, it tracks just fine. It plays quite loud and clear.
Add $6 (U.S. address) for shipping/handling. With over 25 years of experience, you have no concerns about flimsy boxes and poor or inadequate packaging with my 78 shipments! Payment Back to Top
