This 2LP Das Alte Werk set is clearly quite rare - I can find no other copies on ebay and it is one of the items in my collection I am VERY sad to be selling (although I am keeping my own personal copy). Together with the other 3 volumes of the Bach chamber music set (The Art of Fugue; the Flute Sonatas; and the Sonatas for Violin and Harpsichord), they are beautifully played, recorded and produced, with the full score and booklet.
This set is "as new" - never played and with no visible scratches, scuffs etc. The sleeve is also in immaculate condition.
It is one of 2-3,000 LPs my collection which I am slowly putting on ebay. Almst all as as new and unplayed since many moons ago I owned a specialist classical record shop. When I sold the shop, I took the stock home and it has sat on shelving ever since. Downsizing means I need to sell off most of the collection.
Baroque, English and vocal music are particularly well represented, but all aspects of classical music feature in the collection. If you think that anything on your "wants list" might be lurking on the shelves, please feel free to get in touch.
