You know how legendary this two-sider is – right at the top of the heap for fans and collectors of 1960s garage rock & roll.
High grade / condition copies currently fetch a premium price, so here is a chance to obtain a copy that plays well for condition at a lower price.

CONDITION: I grade for visual, and for playback. 
Playback = graded while listening thru top notch studio headphones
Grades are: Near Mint (for store stock - unplayed), VG++ (close to perfect)  VG+ (excellent keeper copy)
VG , VG minus, and G (what most ebay sellers award as a VG grade is equal to my G condition).
I do not use the EX grade.  EX = VG+ in my strict grading standards.

Visual: VG minus  Has lots of small size hairline marks and scuffs. There are no large scratches or marks that cause pops or loud clicks.  
A cutout-copy with drill hole. Light label dirty ringwear. I see one tiny press bump as well that doesn’t sound.  
Other greedy ‘n’ lazy record sellers/ dealers would grade this 45 as VG, or even VG+.

Audio / Playback:  Both sides VG.  This is the best quality playback of the three different pressings that came from different pressing plants. 
This one came from Bestway in New Jersey. It is vinyl, with the tall serif font group name. 
The pressings from Plastic Products in Memphis have the small size font, are vinyl, and sound noisy, even if near mint, due to recycled vinyl.
Monarch pressings from California are all styrene pressings.

POSTAGE:
The 45 will be packaged correctly - in a 45rpm mailer box with square filler pads.
