"My Dear Heart" / "Find Love Right Now"

classic female northern soul, slow ballad flipside...
CONDITION: I grade for visual, and for playback.
Grades are: Near Mint (for store stock - unplayed), VG++ (close to perfect) VG+ (excellent keeper copy)
VG , VG minus, and G (what most ebay sellers award as a VG grade is equal to my G condition).
I do not use the EX grade. EX = VG+ in my strict grading standards.
Visual: G + due to several airline marks & 4 -5 heavy non-feelable straightline scuffs / rub marks against surface.
There are no deep or heavy scratches. Label shows wear, has cutout-drill hole.
The guy who dealt this 45 to me years ago graded it as VG!
Audio / Playback: Despite the visual grade, “My Dear Heart” plays VG, much better than it looks.
Through headphones, I hear a few lite ticks & surface noise - a great DJ-ing copy
Flipside does play G+ with surface noise throughout as it is a softer recording.

The 45 will be packaged correctly - in a 45rpm mailer box with square filler pads.
