6 Buzzcocks Original 7" singles Inc. Ever Fallen, Love You More, Happy, Harmony . Condition is Used. Dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter.
Im probably going to regret selling these classic 7 inch Buzzcocks singles. I was a huge fan as a teen in the late 70s. My missus demands something of a clear out and I want to use the cash for a 3 day festival in 2020 (never tire of live music).
Anyway help an old feller out.
Here we have 6 singles, 5 Buzzcocks and 1 early Pete Shelley Flexi single.
Harmony in My Head I remember buying second hand. The cover is a bit knackered with visible marks on it. The record is well played with a few light scuffs and scratches on it. Probably VG-
Everybodys Happy Nowadays has a bit of age spots to the cover. The record has been played a fair bit but just a couple of light scratches. A 13 year old me wrote No 29 in pen on the label (the highest chart number when that was important). Hey dont judge me I was just a spotty confused hormonal kid.
Promises also has a pretty tidy cover. The vinyl is almost perfect and was just played a few times. Again the pen (no 20) and date of purchase 5 Jun 79 is rather messily written on the label. Id probably have medical assessments for that kind of compulsive behaviour today.
A tidy copy of Ever Fallen In Love with just a bit of creasing and dirt on the cover (oh and a purchase date stamp of 14 Oct 1978 - thinking about this I blame my dad - he had some obsessive ordering and numbering things going on). Oh the vinyl? Again VG+ light plays, very little marking. Ive seen these quality singles go for more than £15.
Love You More has a stamped star on it. This means it was bought cheap stock in Woolies (no not my code this time, Woolworths used to mutilate its reduced price stock to embarrass us poor kids when we took records round to mates houses). The record was played a fair bit. I remember playing Noise Annoys when the neighbours argued which was pretty often. However despite well played there are again few marks on this record (apart from a dyslexic kid writing No 34 on the label).
Finally, theres the flexi disc of Qu'est-ce que c'est Que ca which was one of Shelleys top solo tracks in my opinion. The cover was one you made up from the magazine and the glue on the sticky tape has discoloured things. The flexi disc is perfectly playable and it was around this time where I realised non-hits didnt need me to bring my pen out.
So sorry for the ramble down memory lane and thank you for persisting. Give me a shout if by some miracle you want to risk asking me anything else....
Not giving these singles away (I'll happily keep them if it comes to it), but if they don't sell and you want one in particular then drop me a message. Just popped into a job lot to save you postage and me sending them out separately at the moment...I am aware if you check on discogs that i'm starting these off at a very fair price, so please don't try to barter the price down as I'm not going to be playing.
