In 1979 there was 6 different album covers released by Led Zeppelin for this one record. The albums came in a brown paper covering so you didn't know which album cover you were getting. There are "letters" on the top of the album cover spine indicating which cover you had. Only 5 of the 6 album covers are listed in this listing. The cover missing is Cover A - man with wallet perspective.

Another interesting fact about these albums was that the black and white inner sleeve could be color activated if water was put on it. In my descriptions I will indicated if this has happened or not.

Cover B: Woman leaning on the wall perspective -

Condition: Lots of edge wear and edge surface wear and creases along edges as well, there is a white spot on the top right near the middle. This cover is in the worst condition of all 5 of them, inner sleeve is there and is slightly yellowed with some light edge staining and is not color activated, record is in very good condition.

Cover: C: Bartender's perspective -

Condition: Cover has edge wear and surface bumping around the edges some creasing starting from the edges and corners, original album sleeve is there and is slightly yellowed and is not color activated, record is in good condition and has a few minor surface scratches.

Cover D: Woman at the bar perspective -

Condition: Cover corners are bumped with their surfaces rubbed, some light creasing on cover, original inner sleeve is there and has been color activated. Record is in very good condition, no marks that I can see besides fingerprints.


Cover E: Piano player perspective -

Condition: Cover corners are bumped, some light corner creasing as well, there is a name on the inside of the album cover and a label was once attached as well but since has been removed, original inner sleeve is split on one side and is not color activated. Record has some very minor surface marks and is in good condition.

Cover F: Woman at jukebox perspective -

Condition: Cover corners are creased and bumped with some surface rubbing, album cover outline of record can be seen on the album cover, there are some surface creases, original inner sleeve is there and has yellowed a bit and is partially color activated on one side. The record has multiple surface scratches and has one small scratch on side 2 through the couple songs that may affect play.


You also get 2 brown bag original album covers. Edges are worn and have some tears.
