Description

Up for auction this week I am offering one of the Rarest records in my collection.  I thought long and hard about it but decided to let this go (as long as it meets the Reserve)... It is a very nice LP!  I present to you The Rockin' 5 Royales - The Five Royales - Rockin' REAL RHYTHM & BLUES! This is an Original ressing on Apollo Records. LP 488 The GREEN Label version.  The Jacket is in nice VG to VG+ condition.  Minor ringwear, some corner wear but no splits!  Well cared for!  The LP itself is truly in excellnt VG++ condition.  There is minor storage and sleeve wear but it has an amazing shine and almost no signs of play.  No hairline scratches at all!  I gave it a VPI cleaning and it played fantastic at VG++ maybe better.  Minor sounds in between tracks. Great sounds!    Under strong light there is what I call storage spotting but it had no affect on playback at all.  This LP really was well cared for and many would call it NM or NM- but I will stand by STRONG VG+ much closer to VG++.  I know this is rare and I'm not messing around with it.   See the pics!  The Reserve is High but this books for HIGH $$$ so my reserve is reasonable considering the fine condition and the fact that these just don't turn up much anymore!  Tunes are :
