Notes: inside inverted cross, B1 reads "EVIL WOMAN, DON'T YOU PLAY YOUR GAMES WITH ME" instead of "Evil Woman" as on the label, and as on other releases. 'Ozzy' is spelt 'Ossie' in credits on inverted cross. Inside gatefold, background is white not black as in other releases.

Side B has 2 visible light scratches, however when testing the records I couldnt hear any clicks or pops caused by them.)

'WWA' letters on the top centre of the labels in a silver colour with "WWA005" written at 3 o'clock position. Inner lyrics sleeve with bottom corners square shaped at 90 degrees; the top corners are shaped at 20 degrees for easier replacement in the cover.
