Description
Two 45rpm 7" vinyl records
First is the RONETTES on Philles records #128 from 1965 with songs of "Is This What I Get For Loving You?" & "Oh, I Love You" Sleeve has no seam splits, but does have two discolored tape marks on one side on upper center that is about 1 1/2" long & 1/4" wide
and 5/8" x 1/4" long on the bottom edge with some light ring wear; the other side of sleeve also has some light ring wear, 7/8" x 1/4" tape
on the right center edge, and a surface tear (not all the way through the paper) about 1 1/2" x 1/2" wide that looks like it has been glued back on.
The vinyl has nice labels with the "Oh, I Love You" side having four light red lines just below the time listing; the vinyl on this side looks shiny
but has a bad scratch 3/8" long scratch from the edge of the record going inward towards the label that when played with a 1.25 gram weight
needle/cartridge, there is a loud 'tick' for the first 37 seconds of the record but no skips. The other side of "Is This What I Get For Loving You"
has a 3/8" light scuff from the edge inward, but does not seem to affect play at all.
Next is the RONNIE SPECTOR on Apple records #1832 from 1971 with songs of "Try Some, Buy Some" & "Tandoori Chicken".
Sleeve has no seam splits, but both sides do have moderate ring wear with the top edge having a 1/2" long x 5/16" wide edge tear.
The vinyl has nice labels. The vinyl is shiny but the "Try Some, Buy Some" side has a small manufacturing defect about halfway through the record that does not seem to affect play.
