This is an rare record, very hard to find. It is very clean - rates as E+, would rate higher except for some writing on the labels, please view the photos.

My grading scale is not complicated. Mint (M, M-) means like new with only the slightest of scuffing. Excellent (E, E+, E-) means minor scuffs, scrapes, label wear, light scratches that do not affect the play. Good (G, G+, G-) means scuffing, scraping, scratches, acceptable playing with noticeable noise. I try not to sell records that are warped or that skip unless noted. These are records I have picked up while expanding my own record collection.
I pack very carefully with cardboard reinforcement, bubble wrap and sturdy boxes. I combine shipping on multiple purchases where possible.
