These are 3 beautifully pressed and recorded high quality thick vinyl lps. 2 are on SOUL NOTE, 1 on dark green ECM label made in Germany #ECM-1283 called: PAUL MOTIAN TRIO, IT SHOULD'VE HAPPENED A LONG TIME AGO. It is a digital recording from ' 85 besides the title other tunes are: FIASCO / CONCEPTION VESSEL / INTRODUCTION INDIA / IN THE YEAR OF THE DRAGON / 2 WOMEN FROM PADUA . Lp is in beautiful condition with no problems, cover has barcode on back and gold PSI stamping there are no seam or spine splits, cut outs, stains, bent corners, etc, just light wear and browning. Has nice thick paper plastic lined inner sleeve. CONDITION: COVER VG+++ / LP MINT. The next 2 are on SOUL NOTE, one is called: PAUL MOTIAN QUINTET, JACK OF CLUBS #SN-1124, has 10 tunes: HIDE AND GO SEEK / SPLIT DECISION / etc. Cover has gold PSI stamp no barcode. it is perfect except for very light wear, lp is like new, never played. CONDITION: COVER NM - - / LP MINT. (The white inner sleeve that comes with this lp has most of one side covered with notes about this lp written in pen, he describes in depth these performances, the person I bought this lp from along with others was a professional musician, I am not sure who wrote these notes) This sleeve is included with these 3 lps. The last is PAUL MOTIAN THE STORY OF MARYAM, #SN-1074, there are 6 tunes: 9 x 9 / TRIESTE / THE OWL OF CRANSTON / etc. Cover is near perfect, does have top and bottom tiny center seam split, spine is strong, no cut outs, either.
