Description

This is one of the rarest UK NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL / NWOBHM singles by the band 29TH & DEARBORN from 1978, this is the ORIGINAL pressing and I have only seen one other copy for sale in the last 31 years. AN ORIGINAL, AND A MUST !!!.
This single is not even mentioned in the NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL ENCYCLOPEDIA (probably because it is SO obscure and rare), but is mentioned and was given a high mark for rarity in Mario Panciera's excellent book 45 revolutions. It is one of the earliest, and best examples of UK first wave NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL at it's best, LOUD GUITARS, GUITAR SOLOS, AND WAILING VOCALS on both sides, A MUST FOR COLLECTORS.

The single came out on the obscure private label KRAMP RECORDS, catalogue number KP 0029, a rare find and an ORIGINAL pressing !!!

The songs are: BABY PUT YOUR LOVE IN ME / STEALER !.

This single never came in a picture sleeve, but a tiny amount of copies came in a stamped die cut sleeve, this copy comes with the normal white die cut sleeve not stamped, and The condition of the VINYL is EX++ (PLAYED ONCE !!!)
You will not find a better condition of this NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL single, of which only 500 or less copies were ever made.
