21st CENTURY SOUND MOVEMENT 's/t' LP (US, Gear Fab, Catalogue #GF262ALP) Brand new/unplayed copy of limited year 2012 Gear Fab label LP edition of impossibly rare 1968 vanity press Garage Rock album by ultra-obscure Missouri band The 21st Century Sound Movement. Primitive, earnest, and precariously teetering on the line of basic competence and ineptitude that much of these young teen club cover bands "excelled" at. Basement studio reverb vocal ambience and including a cover of Iron Butterfly's In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida complete with one of the most preposterously interminable rudimentary drum solos ever recorded. Also featuring covers of the hit artists of the day such as The Animals, The Doors, The Jimi Hendrix Experience, The Beatles, The Band, Gerry & The Pacemakers (!) and more.

"After years of searching, we have finally discovered a copy of this mega-rare garage LP from an unknown group from Missouri. From 1968, these guys did cover versions of the songs of their day even better than the original artists with a great fuzz garage sound! It is a true shame we do not know the names of these musicians, as the album provides us with no credits whatsoever to these truly talented guys."
