I received this in July 1969 as part of a Rolling Stone magazine subscription bonus.


Cover - Multifold, so no shrink.  Corners have creases, no writing, small tears around corners, to paper, not cover itself.  Shelving evidence.  A few extra dents around margins.  A line is on the back below the left bird. It doesn’t feel like a cut.


Lyric booklet - Intact, no writing, no tears.  Small stain bottom right of 1st page.


Vinyl - Some rubbing marks, no scratches.  Not played often.  Labels have “Promo” note on them.


Sleeves - Plain white paper.
