Description

This is a storage find.  "Nightbird & Company with Alison Steele presented by The National Guard (compatible-stereo music and talk with today's top ROCK artists."  This is a 2 record set.  Apparently this was sent to radio stations for air.  Notice on the back cover of the album sleeve the instructions for play depending upon time allowed.  This set includes the following:

Program #313 - New Riders of the Purple Sage  (Air Week of 5/1/77)

Program #314 - Rita Coolidge  (Air Week of 5/8/77)

Program #315 - Kansas  (Air Week of 5/15/77)

Program #316 - Peter Gabriel  (Air Week of 5/22/77)

There is also a disclaimer on the back cover that states, "Unauthorized Use Of This Recorded Material Is Prohibited"

I cannot play them as I do not own a turntable.  The album with New Riders of the Purple Sage on side 1, and Rita Coolidge on side 2 is in a paper sleeve that is in very bad shape.  The other album with Kansas on side 3, and Peter Gabriel on side 4 is not in a sleeve.  However, each album is in its own individual side of the album jacket.  Both albums appear (visually) to be in excellent condition. No visible scratches, no warps, no scuffs, no fingerprints.

I don't know anything else about this offering.  I obtained it over 25 years ago at auction.  Buyer pays $4 shipping within the Continental U.S.  (shipping not available outside the Continental U.S.)

I've described this the best I know how, but please email me prior to bidding if you have other questions I have not addressed.  Thanks!
