Description

In the 1950's/early 1960's DECCA, who handled the London American label, would issue demos pressed on one side only.

I think this was so that they could send just the A side for review. In this case they pressed the A and B sides on separate discs and sent both to the record critic of the News Chronicle daily paper.

He passed them on to my father, who worked there. He gave them to me.

I have stored them for years and both are in excellent condition, play faultlessly and are in the original brown sleeves they came in.
