2 Beatles Picture Disc LPs: Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band + Timeless (imports)
These are two Beatles picture disc LPs. Both are imports. The most well known is the Sgt. Pepper picture disc. There were maybe three different versions of this issued. I believe this is the German pressing because it has the cryptic writing in the deadwax. I recently saw one exactly like this (but framed) in the local Vintage Stock store selling for $100. The second picture disc is simply known as “Timeless” and it has a sticker on the cover saying it was made in Holland. Timeless features interviews and newscasts.

Condition: This album has been played at least once. I bought it new and must have played it, but picture discs were never really for playing… they were for showing off. It doesn’t seem to have scratches or scuffs and it plays fine. It is in a clear heavy plastic sleeve. I have looked at pictures on the web and it seems it had an outer cardboard jacket at one time, but I really don’t remember it ever having one. I believe it had a sticker on the plastic sleeve. The plastic sleeve is in good shape.

Condition: I believe I played this album one time only. I bought it new, listened to the content (and wasn’t that impressed) and then put it away. I can see some surface scuffs but it does lie flat and should play fine. It is in a cardboard jacket with the printing and a large die-cut middle to show the disc. There is no inner sleeve. The jacket still has some original shrink wrap and the cardboard is distorted and creased a little.
