2- 78 Record Set- Edwin Fischer Piano Solo BACH Fantasia Chromatica HMV DB-4403
During this past year, we were blessed to acquire (2) world class LP & 78 RPM
record
collections which we will be dispersing during the coming months on eBay. These records come from an estate group assembled by a man who worked for over 20 years in the East Carolina University (ECU) Music Library in Greenville, NC. His interest was mostly Classical & Opera, both LPs & also 78s. Some Jazz, Blues & some unusual scholastic related stuff came in from this collection also.
This lifelong collection for the most part is highly discriminating with very few lower grade records present. Some of them have a library reference # on the jacket.
While, I can not play test these LP records because I do not own a turntable, I am happy to report that the vast majority of these albums remain in the VG++ to EX to NM condition range, with very few exceptions.
Understanding that many LP record collectors do not use liquid cleaners, I have not cleaned any of these discs with any liquid cleaners or anything else for that matter. Some were simply wiped will a dry micro fiber cloth. Hence, some records will show some minor prints, dust & surface soiling. We’ll allow the new owner to clean as they see fit.
I will not describe the label condition as a picture is worth a 1000 words in this realm. Each generic cover remains in VERY GOOD condition & completely intact in every respect.
Vinyl condition will be well described with the flaws well photoed.

All (4) sides of this (2) record set remain in excellent condition showing no paper scuffing, ticks or scratching. You note some finger prints & smudges but there is no play ware or scratching present to any record.
A very, very nice 78 record set from the personal music library of a condition conscious former college music librarian!
I would rate all (4) sides EX.
Please do not mistake the dust for damage.
Wiped only with a dry micro-fiber cloth. We'll let you clean as you see properly fit.

*The buyer is to prepay shipping/handling charges. Shipping insurance is included in the handling charge for all items over $50.
Please note that the photos are part of the description. We will attempt to describe any significant flaws but the items we sell are old & vintage so some use & wear is present to many of them. Please examine all photos closely and feel free to email with any questions you might have.
Shipping has been estimated. Cost of bubble wrap, box(es), tape and other supplies have been added into the shipping & handling charges. If the estimated shipping cost is in excess of the actual charge with supplies, I will issue you a refund. However, we under estimate the actual shipping charge for the vast majority of the items that we ship.
I guarantee everything I sell unconditionally if you are not satisfied. I do, however, require that the item be returned in no more than 14 days following arrival and be returned in original condition. I also request that you notify me by email within 3 days of receipt of item. I do want you to be satisfied.
In the case of a return, we pay for shipping one way only. All items are from a smoke free environment.
