2 1960s SCRAPBOOKS SEEKERS JUDITH DURHAM

 

This auction is for 2 very interesting scrap books containing hundreds of cuttings, from newspapers and magazines, for the 1960s pop group “The Seekers”.

 

There are lots of references to the lead singer, Judith Durham.  Whoever put these books together must have been a real fan because there is so much information about the group. 

 

The cuttings date from 1966 to 1969 and include information on their appearances on British television giving the dates and the times, there are also newspaper and pop magazine articles.  Most of the cuttings have the source of publication and the date written alongside.

 

These are scrapbooks so are a bit tatty, but if you are a fan, no doubt you will enjoy brousing the pages. 

 

Books measure:-  10 inches by 8 inches.
