2 12" 78 RPM, "The Facts of Life" by Tex & Jinx McCrary, Produced William Safire

ULTRA RARE RECORDING OF A SHOW BY THE RADIO TALK SHOW COUPLE, TEX AND JINX McCRARY, PRODUCED BY WILLIAM SAFIRE.  
This was found in his estate of William Safire.  A sale of his estate items occurred during the month of April 2021.  On William Safire from Wikipedia:
"William Lewis Safir (December 17, 1929 – September 27, 2009), better known as William Safire (/ˈsæfaɪər/), was an American author, columnist, journalist, and presidential speechwriter. He was a long-time syndicated political columnist for The New York Times and wrote the "On Language" column in The New York Times Magazine about popular etymology, new or unusual usages, and other language-related topics."
While better known for his books and journalism, his early career included producing radio.  From an online obituary discussing this: 
"Returning to NBC in 1954, he produced the “Tex and Jinx” radio and TV shows, featuring McCrary and his wife Jinx Falkenburg. In 1955, he was named a vice president of Tex McCrary Inc., a public relations firm whose clients included the construction company that built the “typical American house” for the American National Exhibition in Moscow.
Then-Vice President Nixon officially opened the exhibition July 24, 1959. Safire was able to corral Nixon and Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev in the kitchen showroom, where Nixon provoked the famous “kitchen debate” on the relative merits of capitalism and communism."
These 2 12" 78 RPMs contain parts 1 to 4 of, "The Facts of Life" narrated by Tex & Jinx McCrary.  All four sides look playable with light scratches over generally clean vinyl (not the heavy shellac typical of 78 RPMs).  I'll grade the records VG+.

"John Reagan "Tex" McCrary Jr. (October 13, 1910 – July 29, 2003) was an American journalist and public relations specialist who popularized the talk show genre for television and radio along with his wife, Jinx Falkenburg, with whom he hosted the first radio talk show, Meet Tex and Jinx, as well as the radio show Hi Jinx and the television talk shows At Home and The Swift Home Service Club."
