vinyl : VG+ Scarce First Pressing.Original heavy weight quality 165 gram pressing with Columbia 6-Eye Label
Matrix side 1
Matrix side 2
Glossy but with light marks/scuffing throughout. It has some light spindle marks around hole. Plays fine all the way through.
cover : VG+ original cover with minor ring and shelf wear. It has a "label maker" name on the top left (could probably be steamed off)
liners : plain paper
(All records listed in my store at $9.99 and above are stored in plain paper liner sleeves behind the cover in a poly-bag)

Grading:
I use the Goldmine Grading System
"P" "G" "VG" "NM" "MINT" with "+" and "-" to add precision.
"MINT" only exists if record is sealed and still perfect.
"VG+" is a really nice record with only a few issues.
