CONDITION - The LP is in EX+ condition with NO scratches, but there are some blemishes but NO pops, some fingerprints, if cleaned could be NM.  Sleeve is original lyric sheet in NM shape, and Cover also is NM with NO cuts, tears or rips and NO writing and still in original shrink wrap.  Please see pictures.
